"Nick Wheeler is a prodigy in the AC business!!! He did the most thorough diagnosis that I’ve ever experienced from any AC company in my life!!!! He took his time and he went from top to bottom and checked the outside unit, the inside unit and every Crack and crevice!!!! And he actually found a lizard against One of the boards!!! It It was a possibility that it could’ve affected the unit as well!!! But at the thorough diagnosis, he discovered that the fuse was blown. But he went a step further and found out what was causing the fuse to be blown. And let me tell you that most people that I’ve experienced would never even look for those things inside the outside unit and if they found it, they wouldn’t do anything about it. And that’s what my experience!!! I am grateful that God led me to this company and highly recommend them!!!! He gave me education on the AC units and told me potential problems and diagnosed it and it’s gonna monitor it over the next few days! He fixed the problem and I was just absolutely amazed!!!! He is a very young man, but he is been in the business for many years and he has really honest and cares about his customers!!! I will definitely do business with him and I’ve found me a new AC man for life!!! PS you can’t have my AC man! Nick Wheeley is my guy find your own lol!! Just kidding, but it really is a blessing to have found a real family or courteous company that won’t break your bank and will take care of you! And they also have a reasonable service plan with perks and discounts throughout the year to take care of your unit and keep it up and running!!! I will definitely be signing up for that as well!!! I know I’m running my mouth on line, but I can’t help but tell the truth and express how grateful I am. I’m a disabled guy and I have a special-needs child and a grandbaby here and I’m just grateful for not only professionalism but courtesy decency care, knowledge and fast friendly service on top of that!!!!
